Communicating with Tenants
This course is aimed at letting professionals working with tenant applications. It will give those attending an understanding of the management of the information required to take an applicant for a tenancy through all the necessary stages prior to, and including, setting up the tenancy agreement.
At the end of the course those attending should have a good understanding of the importance of good communications at all stages of this process.
